Sir: Those of us expressing outrage at the usurpation of power from Westminster to Brussels can no longer tolerate being called Euro-sceptics. We are bureau-sceptics. Geography plays no part. We are simply fearful of any bureaucrat exercising sovereign power over us, without having the right to judge their efforts at the ballot box.
