SUMIYA Mann states in his letter (11 April) that it is unjust for Muslims to subsidise Jewish and Christian schools where there is 'still not one state-financed Muslim school'. Likewise it is unjust for an atheist to be forced to subsidise through taxes any religious schools. It is inescapable therefore that injustice in this area can be avoided only by denying state funding to all such schools.
