Keir Starmer calls for cross-party approach to Covid vaccine communication

Sir Keir Starmer has called on the Government to apply a cross-party approach to communication on the coronavirus vaccine. 

The labour leader also suggested fining those who spread "life-threatening disinformation about vaccines."
