NFL medical chief says sport has learned a lot from rugby concussion work

NFL Chief Medical Officer Dr Allen Sills says American football has learned a lot from the work rugby and other sports have done on head contact and concussions, as more and more energy is put into defining the risks players of both games face in light of recent cases of early-onset dementia.

Dr Sills says the collaboration between the two sports is a great example of how different games can learn from each other and work together to make things safer for players.
