Leicester City facing action over alleged breaches of Premier League financial rules
Leicester City are set to be charged by the Premier League over alleged breaches of its financial regulations.
The club could be charged as early as next week, according to reports from PA.
Clubs are not permitted to exceed losses of £105 million over the assessment period ending 2022-23 under the league’s profitability and sustainability rules (PSR).
The Foxes, who are currently top of the Championship, are set to publish audited accounts covering last season and were required to submit those to the Premier League.
