Coventry manager has ‘no regrets’ over heartbreaking penalty loss at Championship final
Coventry manager, Mark Robins, says he has ‘no regrets’ over the team’s penalty shoot-out loss, which cost them the Championship play-off final.
The team faced off against Luton Town in the hopes of promotion to the Premier League, and was faced with the pressure of penalties deciding their fate.
Unfortunately, they scored five to Luton’s six.
“I think that was a tough afternoon”, he told the press conference after the game.
“I don’t think we can have any regrets other than we took it really, really close.”
