Moment British WWII bomb is detonated on beach in Belgium
Footage captures the moment a British Second World War bomb was detonated after being found on a beach in Belgium.
The device was discovered as part of an ongoing effort to rid the beach, located in Koksijde, West Flanders, of explosives from WW2.
According to local reports, the area was closed off to allow crews to detonate the device, believed to be a British aerial bomb that contained 30 kilograms of explosives.
