‘Will you stop lying!’: Norfolk town council meeting descends into chaos

A Norfolk town council meeting has descended into chaos with the police having to be called to de-escalate the situation after several maskless members interrupted proceedings.

The scenes were reminiscent of the Handforth Parish Council meeting earlier this year when Jackie Weaver shot to fame.

This incident obviously took place in person, but due to the fact that it was live-streamed on YouTube, it means we can all enjoy the chaos and arguments in their full glory.

One of the highlights was clerk Elaine Oliver shouting: “Will you stop lying!” at those who had barged in.
