Grenades detonated during Ukraine village council meeting, wounding 26

Watch the moment a Ukrainian councillor detonates two grenades at a village meeting on Friday, 15 December.

The meeting, livestreamed to Facebook, shows a man taking two grenades out of his jacket and tossing them onto the floor at a crowded room in Transcarpathia, Ukraine.

Several explosions then left the room filled with smoke and bodies on the ground.

Preliminary information tells that at least one person was killed, while 26 were left wounded and six are in hospital, in grave condition according to a police statement.

Police have not yet identified the perpetrator, nor is the reason for the attack clear as of yet.
