Moment man throws metal fence panel at police during riots after Southport attack
A protester has been jailed for his role in far-right disturbances that erupted in London and Bristol after the Southport attack.
George Coldicott, 28, of Leominster, Herefordshire, pleaded guilty to two offences of violent disorder.
Body-worn video captured in London on 31 July showed him throwing a metal fence panel at a police officer, and three days later in Bristol he was also seen throwing an object towards police.
Coldicott was sentenced to 22 months in prison for the London offence and 34 months for his role in the Bristol disorder, with the sentences to run concurrently.
