Walz believes Trump ‘probably will’ concede election if he loses
Donald Trump “probably will” concede the presidential election, Tim Walz said as he spoke to reporters before boarding a plane from Pennsylvania to Washington DC on Tuesday, 5 November.
Kamala Harris’s running mate declared that he was “feeling good” about the polls and pledged to shake the hands of the winner if his campaign loses.
As he cast his vote, the former president — who has previously repeatedly and falsely claimed that the 2020 election was “stolen” — told reporters as he voted with his wife Melania Trump: “If I lose an election, if it’s a fair election I’d be the first one to acknowledge it.”
