Snow blankets New Mexico as winter storm warning issued in parts of state
A New Mexico resident captured a beautiful landscape blanketed in snow on Wednesday as a winter storm closed in.
“Looks like a couple of inches so far,” April Ralph can be heard saying in the video.
The state is currently experiencing heavy snow and rain alongside freezing temperatures. Several roads and freeways are experiencing difficult driving conditions.
The mountainous north is expected to received 24 inches or so of snow, while other parts of the state can expect six to 12 inches.
Areas not impacted by snow will get rain instead.
