Paul Ritter’s best TV and film performances

British actor Paul Ritter has died of a brain tumour, his agent has confirmed. The 54-year-old was surrounded by his wife and children at the time of his death, his agent told the Guardian newspaper.

Ritter was well established in television and film, starring in critically acclaimed historical drama Chernobyl, as well as picking up minor roles in Hollywood films. Arguably, Ritter was best known for his role as Martin Goodman in Channel 4 comedy Friday Night Dinner.
