Moment bus driver pulls boy from path of potential car crash

A “hero” bus driver saved a young boy from being hit by a car as he went to step off the vehicle in Ohio.

Footage shared by Tecumseh Local Schools shows April Wise stopping the vehicle and opening the doors before shouting at a student about to go down the steps to stop.

The driver grabs the pupil’s backpack and pulls him toward her as a car drives past on the right hand side.

“We are feeling very grateful this evening for the alertness and quick actions of one of our amazing bus drivers,” the school district said.
