Nicola Bulley: Diver Peter Faulding claims he’s being used as scapegoat after body found in river
A diving expert who helped search for Nicola Bulley has said that he has been blamed as a "fall guy" in her disappearance.
Peter Faulding, head of Specialist Group International, led experts who assisted Lancashire Police to scour the River Wyre in search of the missing mother-of-two.
On Sunday, 19 February, Lancashire Police said that they had recovered a body from the river close to where Ms Bulley went missing on 27 January in St Michael's on Wyre.
Mr Faulding said there was no body in the river at the time of his team's searches.
