Martin Lewis shares how to beat energy bill price rise - but you must act soon

Martin Lewis has offered his advice on how to beat October’s energy price cap rise and save money - but you must act soon.

The Money Saving Expert founder discussed several cheaper fix deals on the market at the moment, from the likes of British Gas and E.ON.

Appearing on This Morning today (17 September), he explained: “The cheapest deal is three percent more than you are paying now, but seven per cent less than in October when it goes up by 10 percent.

“If predictions are right, on average it will save you four or five percent over the next year.”
