Jon Bon Jovi hugged a distraught woman after he and his team helped talk her off the ledge of a bridge in Nashville, Tennessee.
Police said the incident occurred on the Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge over the Cumberland River on Tuesday, 10 September.
