West is ‘aiding and abetting’ killing of Palestinians, says Queen of Jordan

Western countries are "aiding and abetting" the killing of Palestinians by supporting Israel’s war against Hamas, the Queen of Jordan has said.

Queen Rania gave an interview to CNN in which she said Western leaders were showing a "glaring double standard" in their responses to deaths of civilians under Israeli attacks on Gaza.

“The people all around the Middle East... we are just shocked and disappointed by the world’s reaction,” the monarch said.

"Many in the Arab world are looking at the Western world as not just tolerating this…but aiding and abetting it," Queen Rania added.
