CCTV footage shows heroic father diving through traffic to save autistic son
A father tackled his 13-year-old autistic son out of the way of a large truck after his child ran onto a busy highway in Thailand on 23 December.
The incident occurred in Yasothon province after Phakin Kawiradach took his son to work with him.
He said the young boy ran out of his office to follow a campaign truck playing an election jingle before getting dangerously close to the fast-moving vehicles.
Kawiradach added that he remains vigilant whenever his son is near water, roads, or tall buildings.
