Martin Lewis shares good news for households on prepayment meter
Martin Lewis has shared good news for households on a prepayment meter, saying they will “absolutely see a drop” in energy prices from July.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain, the MoneySavingExpert explained that overall, “everyone’s prices are dropping an average of 17 per cent” and estimated that those on a prepayment meter will see a drop of 19 per cent.
“If you’re paying £60 currently, from July, you will be paying - doing the maths as we talk - around £48 on the same usage,” Lewis said.
