Dog chases frightened deer in London park as owner charged three times for offence

The Royal Parks Police have shared footage of a dog chasing deer around Richmond’s Bushy Park, after its owner was found guilty of the offence for the third time in three years.

Mr Higgs, 43 of Teddington, was fined £271 by Wimbledon Magistrates court, after members of the public filmed the Italian greyhound chasing the scared animals for ‘a significant amount of time’.

In the clip, the deer outpace the fast dog as they dash off in their herd to get away.
