Swimming pool hangs over edge of crumbling cliff after landslide in California

A swimming pool has been left hanging off a cliffside after a landslide in Orange County, California.

Firefighters arrived on the scene in the city of San Clemente soon after the incident, searching the homes to ensure everyone was evacuated.

No injuries were reported as a result of the landslide, but drone footage captured how close a number of homes are to the edge of the cliff.

The swimming pool of one apartment has been left hanging over the cliff, while other gardens have also been damaged.
