Boris Johnson ignores reporter’s questions ahead of Partygate report

Boris Johnson was questioned repeatedly by a Sky News reporter during his morning jog on Thursday morning (15 June), only a couple of hours before the verdict of a Privileges Committee report into whether he deliberately misled MPs over parties in Downing Street during the pandemic.

A reporter can be heard asking him “Is it the end Mr Johnson?” and “Will you take responsibility for anything?”.

The former Conservative leader waves by and continues his run without addressing the questions.

It comes after the former prime minister resigned as an MP on Friday 9 June after receiving a copy of a report into whether he misled MPs over Partygate.
