9-foot alligators wrestle in Florida man's back garden

Two large alligators were caught on camera wrestling in the Florida sun before plunging into nearby water. Gordon Silver said he didn’t even have to leave his back garden to capture the beasts throwing each other around.

The footage shows two alligators rubbing together with their jaws wide open, they then latch onto each other and tumble into a body of water.

Silver said it’s not uncommon to see these kinds of reptiles in his Lakewood Ranch neighborhood but that he was surprised he was able to get the rare moment on film.
