Woman with Down’s Syndrome cries as little brother asks her to be bridesmaid

A woman with Down’s Syndrome has broken down in tears when her little brother asked her to be a bridesmaid at his wedding.

Chris Garafola said that his older sister Brittany is “extra special” and it was imperative that she be involved in the big day.

The couple delayed their wedding plans until Brittany had both doses of the Covid vaccine, so she could attend.

“We’ve wanted to get married for a while now but due to COVID, we had to adjust our plans,” Garafola wrote on Instagram.
