‘I refuse to tip people in these jobs... it is just getting out of control’

A woman has created a list of service workers she refuses to tip in 2024, saying that tipping has got “out of control”.

Listing people she is refusing to tip for their services, the woman from Chigaco, adds: “I’m not going to feel guilty about it”.

The list includes not tipping at a drive-thru; when she pays for frozen yogurt; and also giving additional money to medical professionals who administer Botox.

The woman’s video has now amassed 4.1 million views on TikTok.

It has also struck a chord with many shoppers, who agreed with her after their own bizarre experiences.
