‘I have a favourite grandchild - and I’m not afraid to admit it’
A grandmother admitted she has a favourite grandchild during a live debate, sparking outrage from viewers.
Emma Parsons-Reid admitted to not hiding the fact that out of her five grandchildren, she has a favourite, during an interview on Good Morning Britain on Friday (26 April).
Ms Parsons-Reid said: “At the moment Albie is my favourite, he has had me for five years, he is just a very charming little child.”
She later said: “I don’t say to Albie, you’re my favourite, well I actually might do.”
Viewers took to X, formerly Twitter, to express their outrage at Ms Parsons-Reid’s comments.
One said: “It’s not right and it’s not fair.”
