TikToker shows outfit she says got her ‘dress-coded’ in job interview
A TikTok user has shown an outfit she says resulted in her being "dress-coded" during a job interview.
Creator @mtyreshiadaily recorded herself wearing the clothes she said prompted a recruiter to ask her to get changed - black shorts, a white top, and a cardigan.
Tyreshia said she could not believe the recruiter asked her to change her outfit, and then come back and interview.
"I look very neat and professional, so no," she added.
The outfit divided TikTok users, with some agreeing with Tyreshia while others disagreed with wearing shorts to an interview.
