Waitress jumps over counter in panic as 13ft cobra slithers into bar

A terrified waitress leapt over a counter after a 13ft king cobra snake slithered into the bar she worked at in Thailand on 21 February.

Footage shows the petrified staff member leaping in panic as the deadly reptile enters through the doorway.

Wildlife experts had to dismantle the bar’s flooring in order to remove the snake from the premises.

“It hissed so aggressively. I was shocked and jumped to escape before calling the rescue team,” the waitress said.
