Hero dog jumps into canal to save canine friend from water

A pet dog jumped into a canal in Thailand to help his pooch friend climb up the banks to safety.

This video shows the canine sliding down the dirt, jumping into the water and using his nose to lift the other dog that appeared to struggle to get itself onto dry land.

The brave pooch managed to haul his canine companion onto the banks of the canal before effortlessly climbing out of the water himself without needing any extra help.
