Family of Saki monkeys arrive at London Zoo to settle into rainforest habitat
London Zoo have welcomed a charming trio of White-faced Saki monkeys who will share the Rainforest Life habitat.
The family of three – made up of mother Kaituma, father Milagre and 10-month-old baby Maya – moved to the Regent’s Park conservation zoo from sister site Whipsnade Zoo on 27 April.
According to the zoo, they have settled in well to their new home - a temperature-controlled, mixed-species tropical biome - where they can swing freely with their rainforest neighbours, from tamanduas to a baby two-toed sloth.
