Gwyneth Paltrow opens up on ‘waves of grief’ after children leave home
Gwyneth Paltrow has opened up about how she's felt since her children left home to go to university.
The Oscar-winning actress, 52, shares daughter Apple, 20, and son Moses, 18, with Chris Martin, 47.
In response to a question from an Instagram follower, Paltrow explained that her new life as a "free bird" has made her get back in touch with a part of herself she "hasn't felt like since she was in her twenties" before she had children.
"I have waves of kind of grief and sadness," she admitted.
"It's evolving. It's interesting."
