‘It didn’t matter’: Bride walks down flooded aisle after Typhoon Doksuri hits Philippines
This is the moment a determined couple pushed through with their wedding at a flooded church as consecutive typhoons lashed the Philippines over the weekend.
Heartwarming footage shows bride Dianne Victoriano wading through ankle-deep floods as she glided down the aisle of the Barasoain Church in Malolos in her wedding gown.
Dianne said: “We just resolved to push through with the ceremony, no matter what.
“It didn't matter if the guests refused to come because of the situation. What's important is that we wanted to be married, that the two of us were there, and that our families were with us.”
