A millionaire has revealed his five steps he believes are essential to a good night's sleep.
Peter Diamandis, 63, founder of the XPrize non-profit, spoke to Business Insider about his tips for longevity; he emphasises the need for sleep alongside a good diet and building muscle.
The entrepreneur says he aims for at least seven hours of sleep a night - and non-negotiables, such as wearing a $300 (£235) Oura ring which tracks how well someone is catching Z's, help him get there.
