Ahead of tonight’s Grammy Awards, we’re looking back at the ten biggest controversies the music celebration has seen.

Some of the hugest moments include Adele winning ‘Best Album’ in 2017 and dedicating it to Beyoncé who she spoke about throughout her entire speech, and Sinead O’Connor refusing to accept her award altogether in 1991, as she wasn’t happy with the Recording Academy’s principles on what success means.

Eyebrows were also raised when the likes of Marilyn Manson, Louis C.K., and Dave Chapelle were nominated despite their controversial pasts.
