First Strictly Come Dancing contestants of 2024 revealed live on This Morning

Chris McCausland and JB Gill have been revelaed as the first official contestants of Strictly Come Dancing 2024.

The comedian and JLS singer were unveiled live on This Morning on Monday (5 August)/

McCausland joked he has “never watched” the show as he was revealed as the first blind contestant to take part.

Asked how he feels about taking part, the 47-year-old said: “Apprehensive, massively apprehensive.

“I don’t know what I’m getting myself into. I’ve never watched it, obviously. It’s just some music.”
