The Rings of Power ‘looks like a billion-dollar show’
This week, Binge or Bin hosts Annabel Nugent and Eliza Ketcher recommend Amazon’s The Rings of Power for its “lavish” and “beautiful” cinematography.
The Lord of the Rings prequel, set during the Second Age of Middle-earth, is reportedly the most expensive TV production in history, with budget estimates for the first season ranging between $750 million and $1 billion.
Eliza praises the cinematography and score, but is sceptical if the money put into the show is enough to “justify its existence”.
