Jurassic Park actor Sam Neill tells fans to ‘stop worrying’ in cancer update
Jurassic Park actor Sam Neill has told fans to “please stop worrying” as he shared an update on his cancer treatment, adding comments he had made in a TV interview had been taken out of context.
The actor, 76, who was diagnosed with stage three blood cancer earlier this year, appeared on ABC’s Australian Story. Various outlets have since reported on his diagnosis and a comment he made about “not being scared of dying”.
In a new Instagram video, he said: “Please ignore conflated stories in the press today.
“Please be assured that I am firmly in remission, and plan to remain so for years to come. All is well, beautiful day here in Western Australia , and tomorrow it’ll be too.”
