Jamie Foxx details shock hospitalisation in Instagram update

Jamie Foxx has spoken out for the first time since his April hospitalisation, telling fans that he “went to hell and back”.

Sharing a video on his Instagram account on Friday night, the Hollywood star did not reveal the nature of his health complication but addressed the severity of his condition when he was in the hospital.

“I just didn’t want you to see me like that. I want you to see me laughing, having a good time, partying,” Foxx said.

“I just didn’t want you to see me with tubes running out of me and trying to figure out if I was going to make it through.”

Foxx also debunked rumours that he had been left paralysed or blind, but added “I did go to hell and back”.
