Gogglebox paid tribute to fan-favourite dog, Dave, in the opening of Friday’s episode after the Malone family announced his death earlier this week.

Dave, a large Rottweiler, was known to cause chaos on screen — and that’s exactly what he did in his last appearance.

In the clip, Sean Malone waves around with one of Dave’s toys, prompting him to jump on Tom Malone’s lap. Tom’s drink spills and he folds over in pain while the others laugh.

Fans on social media loved seeing Dave one last time and even shared their own tributes.
