Coleen Rooney sobs as she recalls pain of sister Rosie’s death
Coleen Rooney sobbed as she shared memories of her late sister Rosie in her new Disney+ series about the Wagatha Christie scandal.
The 37-year-old’s parents adopted Rosie when she was 17 months old and she became a “massive part” of her family’s life, Rooney recalled.
She explained that her sister had Rett syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that affects brain development, and passed away in 2013 aged 14.
Through tears, Rooney said: “To lose a child is the worst thing that could ever happen to anyone, but when you look back now, she gave us so many good years of happiness and love.”
