BOOKINGS to Egypt have been relatively poor this year because of the threat to tourists from Muslim fundamentalists. But, helped by fears over travel to Gambia, the country has bounced back. Space is becoming increasingly scarce, especially in September when a World Health Organisation conference takes place in Cairo.
