The Idle Rocks sits in prime position in the charming fishing village of St Mawes, on the Roseland Peninsular, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Enjoy day trips and activities on land or sea; walk the coastal path, cycle along the many trails or take one of the daily ferries across to Falmouth, Truro or St Anthony's Head.

By car: Just off the A3078, Idle Rocks is 40 minutes from St Austell, 1 hour 40 minutes from Plymouth and just under two hours from Exeter. There's free public parking nearby.

By train: Truro station is 45 minutes from the hotel (pick-up arranged with the hotel) and serviced by Great Western Railways trains from London and the Midlands. Book trains to Truro.
