Google has made the World Cup stadiums in South Africa available in Street View and 3D, giving football fans a virtual pitch-level experience.
All 10 football grounds can now be navigated in 360 degrees, after images of the country’s seven specially built arenas were collected using the Street View Trike.
Soccer City in Johannesburg, Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane and the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban are among the pitches available to view.
Street View has also teamed up with South African Tourism to provide information about local attractions, virtual imagery and the maps will feature icons showing the best places to watch the match.
