Sony has announced the full list of nostalgic games that will appear on its upcoming PlayStation Classic.

The tiny console – which looks exactly like the original PlayStation but is much smaller – will arrive in December and have 20 titles contained inside of it.

They include the original games in series that continue to dominate gaming to this day. Players will be able to get back into the first Metal Gear Solid, Grand Theft Auto and Resident Evil games, for instance.

The PlayStation Classic arrives 3 December, after having been announced earlier this year.

It will cost €99.99 or £89.99, and can be pre-ordered now.

The small console is just the latest in a series of recreations of classic games systems. Nintendo has released a whole flurry of them, for instance, with smaller and relatively cheap versions of the NES and SNES that come pre-loaded with a ghost of games.

The full list of games is detailed below:

Battle Arena Toshinden, Cool Boarders 2, Destruction Derby, Final Fantasy VII, Grand Theft Auto, Intelligent Qube, Jumping Flash, Metal Gear Solid, Mr Driller, Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee, Rayman, Resident Evil Director's Cut, Revelations: Persona, Ridge Racer Type 4, Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, Syphon Filter, Tekken 3, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow 6, Twisted Metal, Wild Arms.
