Three men who claim that the founder of Facebook stole their idea for the website appeared in court yesterday, claiming they were deceived out of millions of dollars in a previous $65m (£42m) legal settlement.
Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss received $20m in cash and $45m in shares. Those shares are now worth $140m, but they claim they were undervalued and should in fact be worth $600m today, something Facebook disputes. Another man, Divya Narendra, is also contesting the valuation.
