Warrington are hoping to sign Bradley Clyde, the Australian loose-forward rated one of the best half-dozen players in the world, writes Dave Hadfield.
The club's chairman, Peter Higham, has confirmed that an offer has been made to the player, one of scores left out on a limb by the Australian court ruling that Super League there could not start on schedule this weekend.
Clyde is out of contract with his club, which has been told by the court that it must play in the Australian 's competition this year.
