Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger may save themselves a bit of a trouble if they adopt this method from the NBA.

Last week, Dallas Mavericks head coach Rick Carlisle was fined $25,000 (£16,500) for comments made about officials after his team was beaten by Texas rivals the Houston Rockets.

"[There's] just a lot of physical stuff going on out there that just doesn't look kosher to me," he said.

On Sunday, speaking after his Mavericks pulled a game back in their best of seven series, Carlisle decided he was going to avoid another fine - by sticking a bit of duct tape over his mouth.
