UFC 245 takes place this evening and it promises to be a dramatic night of MMA action.

In the main event of the evening, welterweight champion Kamaru Usman (15-1-0) defends his title in an eagerly-anticipated fight with Colby Covington (15-1-0), who was previously interim champion of the division.

There are another two title fights on the card, as Max Holloway (21-4-0) fights Alexander Volkanovski (20-1-0) in the featherweight division and Women's Bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes (18-4-0) takes on Germaine de Randamie (9-3-0) in a sixth title defence.

And that’s not it. Former champion Jose Aldo (28-5-0) makes his bantamweight debut against Marlon Moraes (22-6-1) while popular veteran Urijah Faber (35-10-0) returns with a fight against Petr Yan (13-1-0).

What channel is UFC 245 on?

The main card and all of the preliminary fights will be shown live on BT Sport 1.

The prelims will also be shown live on UFC’s Fight Pass service.

Can I watch UFC 245 online?

BT Sport subscribers can. The prelims and main card will be available to stream on desktop and mobile through the BT Sport App.

When is UFC 245?

UFC 245 takes place on Saturday 14 December.

What time is it?

The prelims start at 11.30pm BST. The main card will commence at 3.00am, concluding three hours later. So expect Usman vs Covington around 5am.
