A video of UFC fighter Mike Perry appears to show him punching a man outside a restaurant in Texas and repeatedly using the N-word during a heated exchange in which police were needed to attend.

The victim was apparently left unconscious and taken to hospital for treatment on his injuries, according to a police report seen by TMZ, after engaging in an argument with the 28-year-old Ultimate Fighting Championship star.

The incident took place at the Table 82 restaurant in Lubbock on Tuesday night and appeared to erupt after an argument started at Perry’s table. According to the police report, Perry has also been accused of being in a physical altercation with a female at his table, which prompted a waiter to ask him to leave the restaurant.

It’s claimed that Perry reacted angrily to the request and allegedly punched the waiter in the eye, before being persuaded to head towards the exit by his girlfriend.

However, Perry then engages in a fresh argument with an elderly man near the entrance of the restaurant, which is shown in the video, and grows angry as he shouts “did you touch me? You didn’t touch me?”

The man confronts Perry and accuses him of hitting the waiter, to which Perry responds by calling him a “fat piece of s***”. Perry then walks towards him and has been accused of hitting the man with his right hand, which knocks him off his feet. The incident is not entirely clear as the two become obscured in the video by others around them, with Perry then sitting on a ledge outside as his girlfriend rants at him for his actions.

Perry then repeatedly tells people to move away from him and uses the N-word numerous times to other people in the restaurant.

According to the police report, the victim seen in the video being knocked down struck his head on the concrete floor and has little memory of the incident.

Perry was not arrested but did speak to police at the scene, with TZ reporting that he told authorities people were “putting hands on me while I was trying to leave the building”.
